How do I return an item?
We include a free DPD return label with any rentals. At the end of your rental period, just place your rental back into the box it came in (or a new box), attach the return label and drop it off at any DPD collection point. If you have any questions, please contact our Rental Customer Services team.
You will be able to track your return parcel by using the DPD website https://track.dpd.co.uk/
How should I return my rented item?
We ask that you return the item in the same packaging as it was delivered to ensure little or no waste occurs.
What if I'm late sending my rented item back?
Monsoon Rental is a trusted community and as such we expect customers to send items back within the specified timeframe. Unfortunately if an item is returned late, a daily £50 late fee will be charged until the replacement cost of the item has been reached.
Can I return my item if I am outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns for international items as the outward and return duties, postage and insurance costs prevent us from being able to do so. If you are buying internationally, all sales are final.
What if the rented items don't fit?
If an item that you have ordered doesn't fit, you have 24 hours to get in touch with our Customer Services team on info@monsoonrental.com and return your item to us. Refunds for rental orders that are returned unworn with ribbons on will be refunded, minus a £8 restocking fee.
